The Role - Junior Finance Manager

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

Prepare weekly and monthly wages for self-employed and limited company subcontractors under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
Maintain records of CIS payments and subcontractor details
Support in preparing basic P&L (profit & loss)reports to help management understand profitability
Review and reconcile company credit card transactions against ledger records
Process and verify payment notifications from main contractors
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing
Ensure adherence to HMRC regulations, CIS compliance, and company financial policies

*Practical experience in construction finance is essential*
